Refund policy

We hope you love our products but if you are not happy, please contact us to arrange a return/refund or exchange. 

We have a 14 day return policy. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We have every right to refuse or return your item if not in resalable condition. The cost of return postage is at your own expense unless it is our error.

We do not accept returns on sale items.

REFUNDS

We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return. Your order will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take up to 2 weeks for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGE OR ISSUES

Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We may ask you to send a photograph of the wrong item or the damage. 

Where applicable, we will send you a replacement if available, otherwise a refund will be issued.
